Raipur (Chhattisgarh): A licensed gunman stationed with a senior official in Raipur has lodged a written complaint with the police, accusing the fake web Instagram page Mirror Chhattisgarh of misusing his old photographs to tarnish his reputation.

According to the complaint, two individuals—identified as self-styled YouTuber Rocky the Boxer and his associate Soma Dewangan—have been allegedly uploading outdated images of the gunman on social media platforms. These images, linked to unrelated past incidents, are reportedly being circulated to mislead viewers and create a negative impression about him.

The gunman clarified that he has served in multiple assignments over the years and is currently posted with a government officer as an authorized gunman. He claims that these malicious attempts have caused personal distress, damaged his family’s peace of mind, and hurt his standing in society.

He has urged police authorities to immediately investigate and shut down the fake portal, halt the circulation of his personal photographs, and take strict legal action against those spreading false narratives online.

“This channel must be closed without delay, and the people behind these defamatory activities should be put behind bars,” the gunman stated in his written appeal.

This case highlights growing concerns over fake digital platforms in Chhattisgarh that exploit personal data, spread misinformation, and harm the reputation of innocent individuals. Law enforcement authorities are expected to verify the allegations and take appropriate action.
